- CORRECT SOLICITATION: SPE4A717R1390 1560; DUCT ASSEMBLY, BLEED; B-1B AIRCRAFT; WSDC: 56F; WSIC: M PR: 0068924837, SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 25 AUGUST 2017; CLOSING DATE: 25 SEPTEMBER 2017. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 15. National Stock Number (NSN) 1560 016092200 Approved source(s): SENIOR OPERATIONS LLC. CAGE: 98769 - P/N: 1807446-103 This item has an AMC/AMSC of 3D. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. It is not economical to procure the data or rights to the data. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. Any manufacturer other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is a sole-source, Unrestricted item, utilizing other than Full and Open Competition. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 219 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR), apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 25 August 2017 with a closing date of 25 September 2017.
