- Description
- The USDA, ARS, PMS intends to purchase a Bioreactor agitation system from Bioprocess Control, Scheelevagen 22, 223 63 Lund, Sverige. The system consists of 0.5 L modified glass bioreactors, stirrers, multifunction brushless DC motor kit and the signal generator. Please refer to the attached document for more details. 1. Multifunction brushless DC motor kit The motor kit contains all the required cables, power adapters, motor controller units and helical couplings to have functional motors running with modified glass bioreactors. The Motor Package includes: 15 Multifunction Brushless DC Motors 1 Motor Controller 1 Long Motor Cable 14 Short Motor Cables 15 Helical Couplings 1 Power Adapter (24V) Technical characteristics of the Motors: Multifunctional agitation system with brushless DC motors for long-time operation Manually adjustable direction and time interval, as well as timer function to set time periods for reversal Modular design for low maintenance Rotating speed range: 10-200 rpm. 1.1. Signal generator 1.2. The signal generator is provided when the motors are not connected to a detection unit (of the AMPTS II, BRS, etc.). Motor Controller receives signals through the signal generator. 1. Modified 0.5L glass bioreactor Modified glass reactor contains a sampling port (pH, T, etc.) as indicated in the attached picture. It comes along with the screw cap with / without hole and silicone ring. 2. Stirrer 500 ml The Stirrer 500 ml is designed to work well with the Bioprocess Control's 500 ml glass bioreactor. The lid is user friendly and can be easily mounted on the reactor without using much force and any lubricant It is autoclavable, which supports a broad set of applications The lid is made of engineering plastic with special rubber sealing on three sides There are two gas ports and one additional port that can be used to connect a tube inside the reactor or bottle Universal Data Acquisition (DAQ) unit The Universal DAQ unit is a pc based automatic data logger system including both hardware and software. Universal Data Logger can log various kinds of analogue signals (4-20 mA) including gas flow from µFlow, standard pH, temperature, ORP, gas composition sensors, etc. Up to 8 analogue channels can be connected to Universal Data Logger simultaneously. You may access the user manual including technical specification by clicking here. pH sensors & accessories Attached you can find the picture of the pH transmitter set and the product manual.
