- Past Performance Profile Performance Work Statement (PWS) Pricing Table Department of State, International Joint Commission, Great Lakes Regional Office, requires the contractor to conduct a literature review and a survey of science experts to synthesize knowledge about integrating surface and ground water models in the Great Lake region. Additionally, identify integrated modeling approaches for combined representation of surface and subsurface hydrological processes and propose recommendantions regarding how to develop such a modeling platform. Please read the attached PWS in its entirety for detailed information. The Government assumes no responsibility of any costs incurred as it relates to the Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested parties whom consider themselves qualified to perform the services as identified in the PWS are invited to submit responsed to this RFP via email to Felicia Goudy at goudyfd@state.gov, by August 23, 2017, 6:00pm, EST.
