- Wage Determination KS170036 5/19/2017 Drawings Material Specifications Construction Specifications NRCS Specifications Cover Sheet Dupree WRP Order of Performing Work Dupree WRP Bid Items & Subsidiary Items Solicitation AG-3C78-S-17-0051 This is a request for quote (RFQ) solicited using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for the construction described. The estimated value of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.
