- Sources Sought with SOW. The U.S. General Services Administration, Northwest/Arctic Region, is searching for vendors interested in competing for the following project in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW): Dry Strip, Seal and Matte Polish 9,900 square foot Rotunda Terrazzo Floor at Tacoma Union Station (TUS) 1717 Pacific Ave, Tacoma WA 98402. This is a Sources Sought notice; this is is not a request for offers. Responders may or may not receive a request to submit offers. The required Contractor Qualifications are taken from the GSA competency guide (https://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/107491): - TERRAZZO -09660TERRAZZO - Resurfacing: 3 projects in 8 years - Replication (replacement in kind): • 2 projects in 8 years • matched color, texture, chip size, and other visual characteristics - Patching: • 2 projects in 8 years • matched color, texture, chip size, and other visual characteristics • no damage to sound terrazzo - Crack Repair: • 2 projects in 8 years • no damage to sound terrazzo • repair not conspicuous: blended with color and texture of adjoining terrazzo Secretary of Interior's Standards: https://www.nps.gov/tps/standards.htm For contracts above $3K contractors shall be registered in the SAM database (www.sam.gov) prior to contract award in accordance with FAR 4.1102 (see item 5); http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm - Contracting Assistance.
