- Draft Sections L and M Draft PWS Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime (L&M) is making available information for the forthcoming Global Tires Program (GTP) solicitation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.102-Availability of Solicitations, the Government is providing the GTP DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the GTP DRAFT Sections L and Section M. Offerors may request PWS Attachments. In addition, requestors may provide comments on the DRAFT documents by 1700, 21 August 2017 to globaltireprogram@dla.mil. The information available is the DRAFT PWS, PWS attachments, and DRAFT Sections L and Section M, and will be provided to interested parties of the GTP requirement. The PWS attachments will be transmitted using https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Welcome.aspx ; therefore requestors desiring the available information must send a request for the attachments to globaltireprogram@dla.mil with the following information in Microsoft Excel format as hereby shown: Requestor Last Name Requestor First Name Requestor Title Company Name Company Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Requestor Phone Number Requestor Email Address
