Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 5,000 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 5,000 Space Type: Parking Spaces (Total): 60-88 10-25 Handicapped Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Govt. Termination Rights: 90 days notice after firm term Current lease expires: 12/31/2018 Occupancy Required By: 01/01/2019 (tentative) Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with a minimum of 60 parking spaces for the exclusive use of the Government and its customers.
