- RFQ NMFS AKR-17-0811 to provide professional services to design, conduct, and report the results of a study to measure changes in the form and function of the Battle Creek estuary that may result from altering the creek’s natural flow regime for NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service, Alaska Regional Office. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for professional services to design, conduct, and report the results of a study to measure changes in the form and function of the Battle Creek estuary that may result from altering the creek's natural flow regime per the statement of work (SOW) included in this request for quote (RFQ) NMFS AKR-17-0811 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541620 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
