- Attachment 2 Security Requirements Attachment 1 Statement of Work SF 1449 solicitation for Catholic Religious Education Coordinator services. This acquisition is for non-personal services to provide Catholic Religious Education Coordinator services at Laughlin AFB, TX. The proposed period of performance for this acquisition is 1 September 2017 - 31 July 2018. The acquisition will be a competitive set-aside for Small Businesses (SB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 813110 and the applicable small business size standard is $7.5 Million. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing (not hard copies will be available). However, if you are unable to download the solicitation that is on FBO you may contact the contract administrator to receive a copy of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to award. Registration may be accomplished at website, https://www.sam.gov.
