This requirement is intended for award to: TYCO Healthcare Group-Covidien, 15 Hampshire Street under the authority FAR 6.302-1 Only one Responsible Source. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 339113 small business size standards: 750 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 days of publication (on/before 17 AUG2017). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
