- DRAFT SF 1449 Cable Service WTU The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Carson has a requirement from USA Installation Management Command for Basic Cable Television Services for the Warrior Transition Unit (WTU) at Fort Carson, CO. This requirement is for the Enhanced Basic Cable Service that includes all fees, for a total number of 61 outlets that will provide cable. This requirement will be a base contract with four option years of service. Please see the attached DRAFT SF1449 for more guidance on this requirement.
