- US Army Corps of Engineers Engineering and Support Center Huntsville intends to enter into a sole source acquisition with T-Systems, Inc. for T-Systems EV Emergency Department Information System software licenses and maintenance of Modules, Code Generation Technology, Premiere Virtual Learning Subscription and Vital Sign Monitor in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency by emailing the contracting officer at margaret.c.maine@usace.army.mil, by no later than 16 August 2017. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract and is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. The applicable NAICS is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 M. This procurement is not set-aside for small business.
