- DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for the purchase of 120 replacement solar panels and associated parts. This solicitation is for supplies only. Delivery is desired by September 8, 2017, however all offers will be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95 (effective January 19, 2017). The solicitation number is P17PS02446, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 334413 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. All attachments can be accessed via the link below to FedConnect, or by going directly to the FedConnect website at https://www.fedconnect.net. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers, and are listed in order of descending importance: price, technical capability and date of delivery. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2017. Only emailed quotes will be accepted. Quotes must be submitted by email to Lisa_Henson@nps.gov. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Lisa_Henson@nps.gov no later than 5:00 p.m., August 13, 2017, and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., "P17PS02446 QUESTIONS."
