Description
THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region intends to solicit quotations for gravel crushing services located approximately 1 ½ miles south of Seminoe Dam, approximately 32 ½ miles north of Sinclair, Wyoming, along County Route 357, also known as Seminoe Road, In Carbon County, Wyoming. Services include, but are not limited to: Installing stormwater runoff structures, clearing and grubbing, and stripping and stockpiling topsoil, establishing a temporary gravel crushing area and equipment, excavating onsite material and crushing to a specified size, stockpiling crushed gravel for future use in repair of Seminoe Road, removing crushing equipment and regrading disturbed land to provide positive drainage, and spreading stockpiled topsoil and re-establishing native vegetation. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Quotes will be due on or around August 29, 2017. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212313 Crushed and Broken Granite Mining and Quarrying and the associated Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price performance based contract in September 2017. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Prospective offerors may submit quotes through the mail, electronically, e-mail, or fax. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must register in the System for Award Management database prior to award of a contract or agreement. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website at www.SAM.gov. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury ¿s Internet Payment Platform located at www.IPP.gov.
