- Amendment 001 Amendment 001: The purpose of this Amendment (A001) is to add questions and answers from vendors and update RFP Evaluation Factor 1. See "Amendment 001" for details. ******************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The United States General Services Administration (GSA) requires refinishing of bronze and other metals at various locations; see Statement of Work dated August 7, 2017 for details. Work will be performed at the following historical sites: Federal Office Building 909 First Ave Seattle, WA 98174 Tacoma Union Station 1717 Pacific Ave Tacoma, WA 98402 Gus J. Solomon Courthouse 620 SW Main St Portland, OR 97202 GSA requests that your firm provide technical information and a complete quote for this project for a period of performance of one calendar year from the date of contract award. ***This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside*** Offerors are encouraged to attend the following Site Visits: Federal Office Building: August 17, 2017 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
