- Solicitation #W912J3-17-T-0030 The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMANG)is soliciting on a 100% small business set-aside for Music Instrument and Accessories for 44th Army Band in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price one time contract. A solicitation will be issued along with this synopsis in accordance with FAR 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. A solicitation for this requirement will be available immediately on Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov). All prospective offerors are responsible for retrieving the solicitation from this website, and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. The Government estimates that an award will be to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government. In addition to FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items of the solicitation requirement, to be considered for this award the contractor shall: 1) Be able to meet all requirements defined in the synopsis and solicitation; 2) Be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database per DFARS 252.204-7004 (www.sam.gov); 3) Contractor shall be able to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (https://wawf.eb.mil) for payments to be processed electronically. All questions pertaining to the details of the solicitation shall be submitted to NMANG Contract Specialist, Kim Armstrong by email: kim.m.armstrong5.civ@mail.mil, by 12PM MST on 08/18/2017; Questions will not be accepted after this date. All responsible sources may submit one (1) quotation in accordance with Attachment #1 Bid Schedule & Minimum Specification and shall be considered by the agency by responding to this solicitation or via email to Kim Armstrong by 12 PM MST on 08/25/2017
