- ATTACHED IS THE ANSWERS TO ALL QUESTIONS THAT WERE RECEIVED. PLEASE REFER TO THE REVISED ATTACHMENT 2- PRICING WORKSHEET FOR RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION. ATTACHED ARE THE FLOOR PLANS FOR BOTH BUILDINGS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROOMS HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW WILL NEED LAN LINES INSTALLED. THE OTHER ROOMS HAVE PRE-EXISTING LINES. PLEASE REFER TO THE REVISED ATTACHMENT 1- FULL TEXT CLAUSES FOR RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION. PLEASE REFER TO THE REVISED ATTACHMENT 3-PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation is Susan J. Edwards, E-mail: susan.edwards@us.af.mil. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified for RFQ is "late" and will not be considered, unless the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the award and acquisition or it was the only quote received. All questions and quotes are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator Kalen Rodriguez E-Mail: kalen.rodriguez@us.af.mil. The offerer's quote will consist of this RFQ document, and technical requirements in accordance with Addenda to 52.212-1 (See Attachment 1). 1. Questions. Questions regarding this RFQ are due to Kalen Rodriguez by 11 August 2017, 2:00PM CST. No more questions will be accepted after 11 August 2017, 2:00PM CST. 2. Site Visit. A site visit will be held at 9:00 AM CST on 11 August 2017 at the following address: 3060 Stanley Rd., Bldg.2797 JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio TX 78234. If you plan on attending the site visit, you must provide the following information to Kalen Rodriguez via email no later than 11:00 AM CST on 10 August 2017: -Full name -Date of Birth -Driver's License Number -State Issue of Driver's License -Company Name *NOTE: Contractor must be able to provide a minimum internet speed of 15 MBPS Down load and a minimum of 18 MBPS Up Load speed to be considered for award as outlined in Addenda to 52.212-1. Additionally,should you decide to provide a speed higher than the minimum of 15 MBPS DL and 18 MBPS UL, the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable decision approach will still be utilized to determine the awardee as outlined in Addenda to 52.212-2 in attachment 1- Full Text Clauses. *NOTE: The response date has been extended to 11:00 AM CST on 16 August 2017.
