- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA4417-17-Q-0110 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339920, and Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7810.
