- Disclaimer: This is a sealed bid contract. Please disregard the solicitation type attached this post. It will be treated as an Invitation For Bid (IFB) EDIT: Close date has been pushed to 5 September 2017 at 1:00pm mst Apply protective coating paint to Building 1 of Cannon AFB. This contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price construction contract. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS 238320, Size Standard $15M. Requirement shall be solicited as a Invitation For Bids (IFB) IAW FAR 14.4. A site visit will be held on 21 August, 2017 @ 09:00mst Cannon AFB. All interested vendors please meet the CA at the base visitor center. Set aside 100% for Small Business. A Bid Guarantee of 20% is required.
