- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center located at, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland OH44106 has a requirement to procure additional Pyxis equipment, software and associated products. This purchase would be to expand their current platform from their initial purchase made under award number VA250-16-F-2681. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to Carefusion Solutions LLC located at 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego CA 92130. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339112and the Business Size Standard is 1000. All response received within 3 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 11:00am CST, August 17, 2017. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
