- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Navy Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), the Naval Enterprise Networks Program Office (PMW 205), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) is issuing this Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) to obtain industry comment/input and to continue to seek assistance from industry with the development of an acquisition approach for the follow-on contracts to the Navys Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) contract. The NGEN contract supplies a full- range of Information Technology services to support the operation, maintenance and technology refresh of the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). The NGEN contract, N00039-13-D-0013, is held by Enterprise Services, LLC, 13600 EDS Drive, Herndon, VA, 20171, and expires on 26 June 2018. Companies who wish to respond to this RFI should answer the questions presented no later than close of business, 5:00pm EST, on Friday, 18 August 2017.
