Description

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to solicit from Rockwell Collins, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, IA, on a sole source basis, a proposal for the establishment of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with firm-fixed prices for Digital Data and Voice Privacy Processor (DVP-200) units. This contract's period of performance is intended to be for five years allowing for the ordering of up to the maximum quantity of 944 DVP-200 units. The DVP-200 part number is 822-2506-013 and the national stock number is 5810016420138. These DVP-200 units will be used to satisfy production and sustainment requirements of USCG Aircraft, Boats and Cutters. Delivery Orders are planned to be Firm Fixed Price. This solicitation's sole source authority is based on FAR 6.302-1 and in accordance with 5.207(c) (16)(ii), "all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency."
