- Solicitation Amendment 2: The purpose of Amendment 2 to this solicitation is to remove Test Data Reports, Mechnical ICD, and Electrical ICD from Section C, item 2, bullet h of Section L. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP): The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Armament Directorate, Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE) Focal Point requests proposals for a five-year, multiple award, Indefinte Delivery Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This effort is a total Small-Business set aside under NAICS code 332439, Other Metal Container Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. Offerors must be within 350 miles of Eglin AFB. Attached is the RFP package. Offerors can submit questions and/or comments regarding the RFP package to Government POCs no later than 7 a.m. central time on 21 August 2017. Technical Data Package will not be provided with this solicitation and should be requested IAW the RFP Letter.
