- The National Park Service, Great Smoky Mountain NP, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for QTY (17) Pallets of 59 EA 1/2" x 24" Resaw Western Red Shakes: Number 1 Grade::11 Sq. per Pallet. As graded in accordance with UBC 15-3. Untreated ONLY, NO Fire Retarder Treatment is required. Offers shall provide technical specifications of equipment and warranty for all quoted items for the purpose of technical evaluation. Prices shall be all inclusive and include FOB Destination DELIVERY via Flatbed to: Great Smoky Mountains NP National Park Service 107 PARK HEADQUARTERS ROAD Maintenance Yard Gatlinburg, TN 37738 Include any applicable taxes, and all ancillary costs. Invoicing shall be in accordance with attached IPP Local Clause. The NAICS code; Subsector 321: Wood Product. NAICS Codes include; 321113, 321114, 321912, 321999, AND Subsector 444-Building Material and Garden Equipment and Supplies Dealers: NAICS Code; 444130, 444190. This solicitation will result in a contract with period of (90) days. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. Required Services: The contractor shall provide materials delivered on flatbed to; Great Smoky Mountains NP 107 PARK HEADQUARTERS ROAD Maintenance Yard Gatlinburg, TN 37738 This acquisition consists of (1) base bid items and delivery included. The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the bid options in any order. Unit of issue is ton. Unit prices quoted shall be per ton and include hauling and stockpiling or tailgate spreading of ordered materials as indicated below. This project is located in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park ¿s Tennessee and North Carolina areas. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
