- This procurement is for a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Quote for High Resolution Aerial Imagery of Sage Grouse habitat mapping on public lands in the Colorado State Office area of responsibility. The estimated performance period is from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. The NAICS code is 541922 and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The basis of award is the responsible respondent whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-5. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about August 15, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
