- The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma intends to compete a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for 1-1/2" plates of Heat Treat Metal (Qty. 4), meeting the specifiations outlined in the solicitation. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FA8132-17-Q-0021. The AFSC/PZIMC Contracting Office at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma intends to award a firm fixed price commercial contract. In order for offers to be considered techincally acceptable pages 2-4 must be returned to the Contract Specialist prior to the response date. NOTE: Signature (page 2) and Net Amount (page 4) are required fields.
