- Pre-solicitation Notice SPE600-17-R-0530, COCO Fuel Storage Services in Guatemala or El Salvador Solicitation - SPE600-17-R-0530 Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) fuel services with the current capability to receive, store, protect, ship, report inventory, transport by tank truck, and ensure quality of one grade U.S. Government-owned petroleum product, Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade JP5. Shipping and receiving shall be accomplished by ocean Tankers/Barges and tank trucks. General destination points for tank truck delivery are listed in the below details. 1. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Pacific Ocean (western coast) of El Salvador or Guatemala 2. STORAGE REQUIREMENT: 16,000 barrels of Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade JP5 3. TANK TRUCK TRANSPORTATION: (a) Santo Tomas, Guatemala (b) Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala (c) Acajutla, El Salvador 4. ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: May 01, 2018 - April 30, 2022 with six (6) month extensions (FAR 52.217-08)
