Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-1030 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 & 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This is a 100% total Service Disabled Veteran Owed Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside procurement. The Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC has a requirement for a Carveo Shower Trolley, Part No. BAC1101-01. This is a Brand-Name or Equal requirement per FAR part 11.104. Vendor must provide product listed or can propose an equivalent product if it matches the specifications provided. Specifications must be submitted for all products if an or-equal product is being submitted.
