This SATOC is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and includes a one-year base period with the option to extend for two one-year option periods, for a total contract period not-to-exceed three years. The total capacity of the base period plus two option periods will not exceed $45,000,000.00.
