- The NHGRI Microarry Core recommended the Clariom D Assay, human and the GeneChip miRNA 4.0 Assay because they are the most comprehensive array chips for RNA expression on the market to date. The Clarion D chip has the miRNA precursors and CDS would like to know the expression changes from the precursor expression on the Clariom D chip compared to the mature miRNAs expression on the GeneChip miRNA 4.0.
