- Description
- The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Tulsa District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912BV-17-R-0054 for the construction of Dormitory facilities at Altus Air Force Base, Altus, Oklahoma. The project will require entire demolition of two existing buildings, Building 318 (existing dorm) and Building 319 (existing pavilion). The total project shall be 3,960 sm (42,625 sf). This project shall consist of the design of a new dormitory facility complete with required utilities, communications, electric, HVAC, fire protection/alarm systems, EMCS, signage for force protection measures, exterior lighting, site improvements and grading on Government-owned land at Altus AFB. This shall be a two phase procurement, Total Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to award this project as a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Design Build Contract, using the best value trade off source selection process. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award.
