- W911SA-17-Q-0085 SF30 Amendment 0002 The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment is to change the set aside from 100% small business to Unrestricted and to provide the most current version of the Wage Determinations. The Contractor is required to sign and return one (1) copy of the SF30 Amendment document. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than June 20, 2017 at 10:00am CST in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation dosing date. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents,and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Waste Water Pumping Services in the state of Indiana; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 1 July 2017 (or subsequent date) through 30 June 2018 with two (2) one year options. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code 562211 with a size standard of $38.5 Million.
