- two (2) new electric two seat w/ cargo box golf carts. One (1) each to Cross Lake Recreation Area and Leech Lake Recreation Area. The contractor shall supply and deliver two (2) new electric two seat w/ cargo box golf carts. One (1) each to Cross Lake Recreation Area and Leech Lake Recreation Area. The golf carts shall meet or exceed the following specifications: •48 volt, battery operated electric golf cart. •Two Seat •Lexan/Plastic folding windshield. •State of charge meter. •Headlights, tail lights, brake lights. •Turn signals, horn, driver and passenger seatbelts. •Canopy •Charging station. •Battery fill system. •Steel/HD Plastic rear cargo box. •Rearview mirror. ALL QUOTES SHALL INCLUDE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MAKE AND MODEL QUOTING; AND A CUTSHEET OF THE QUOTED ITEM or ITEMS. 3)DELIVERY DATE: The Golf Carts shall be delivered on or before 22 September 2017. 4)SHIPMENT: The bid price shall include the cost of transporting and unloading to the destination sites. Shipment shall be prepaid and made at the Contractor's expense. Delivery shall be between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM CST Monday through Friday, except on Government holidays. Any delivery arriving after 3:00 PM will not be accepted by Government personnel until the next work period as designated above.
