- The Social Security Administration, Region 9, is seeking a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools supplies, and materials for the removal of the existing grease trap, installation of new grease trap interceptor and to provide preventive maintenance, inspection(s), and certification(s) for the system at the Frank Hagel Federal Building, 1221 Nevin Ave., Richmond, CA 94801-3123. The contract anticipated is for a base period of six months with four one-year option periods. This is a 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS is 238220 with a size standard of $15 million. Information on a site visit will be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation is expected to be uploaded to www.fbo.gov on or about August 11, 2017.
