- PR 0068928889, NSN 1680-01-590-4020, Reel, Shoulder Harness. Manufacture in accordance with Carleton Life Support Systems, CAGE 99251, P/N 015-870146-9-16. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. The solicitation will result in a Definite quantity buy for a quantity of 1711 each. The required production lead-time is 360 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Requirement is an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Item is Commercial. Item is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Higher-level contract quality inspection required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
