Description
Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify in locating capable small businesses, including Service Disabled and Veteran Owned small businesses, or any business size, capable of providing the items as listed in the attached Statement of Need. These items are for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Corporal Michael J Crescenz VAMC Philadelphia, PA. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies listed in the attached document. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, Point of Contact, business size info. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at donna.cooper2@va.gov. Information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Responses are due by 2:00pm EST on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Questions can be submitted electronically to donna.cooper2@va.gov. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the government obligated to issue an RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. End of Document The Corporal Michael J Crescenz VAMC Diagnostic Imaging Department is replacing the Radiologists Diagnostic Monitors. The current Diagnostic Imaging Monitors have reached end-of- life and do not meet the standard of care for the Radiologists. THIS IS BRAND NAME OR EQUAL; Evaluation of this requirement will be based on PRICE ONLY. The following items are listed below: This SOW covers the following activities and deliverables. The scope of work is delivery of a quantity of thirty 6 Mega Pixel Diagnostic Monitors. The specifications required for each unit is listed below. VA Staff will de-install the monitors and turn-in to Logistics as per VA policy. The expectation of the vendor is to install the graphic cards and install/configure the new monitor. The vendor must install the QA software requested in the procurement. A description of the deliverable per diagnostic monitor is as follows: Salient Features LED Color Monitor 6MP LED MXRT-5600 3280*2048 Color LED display One PCIe 3.0x16 dual link DVI digital DVI display controller MXRT-5600 (2GB) Graphics Card QA WEB software Cables and accessories I-Guard sensor is a Photometer that is built directly into the display and technology unique to BARCO. The QA Web the QA process is intervention free and self-healing (auto calibration) QA Reporting Tool QA Software meets the Joint Commission Standards (minimum feature) HIPPA Compliant (minimum feature) 6MP LED Color (minimum feature) Radiologist Preference for interpretation of clinical diagnostic images Continuity of Care with University Affiliate (PENN) who performs remote reading for VAMC Delivery: All items shall be delivered to: Department of Veteran Affairs, Corporal Michael J Crescenz VAMC, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
