Description

BN/SH Janitorial Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720. Size standard: $18M. The resulting long-term contract will be firm fixed price, stand alone (C-type) contract. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement.
