- The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000 has a proposed sole source acquisition to provide maintenance on JobBoss Software licenses currently being used by the Government. The proposed call order will include a base year and one (1) option year for a total period of performance of two (2) years. The proposed sole source acquisition is being pursued due to the proprietary nature of the software. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price call order under an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Exact Software, ERP-NA, LLC, 3600 American Blvd. W #250, Minneapolis, MN 55431 on a sole source basis. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 511210 and the small business sized standard is $38.5M. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than August 29, 2017 by 3:00PM EST.
