- Oral History Project at Minuteman Missile National Historic Site in Philip, South Dakota This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service, Midwest Regional Office Major Acquisition Buying Office (MWRO MABO), 601 Riverfront Drive Omaha, NE 68102, seeks a qualified firm to provide the performance of an Oral History Project for Minuteman Missile National Historic Site (NHS). The solicitation document, with incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #FAC 2005-95, Effective: 19 Jan 2017. This procurement is a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.203(b) and FAR 19.501(c). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541720 - Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities applies, and the small business size standard is $20.5M. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price purchase order with one contract line item. U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rates, Wage Determination No. 15-5377; Revision No. 04, Dated: 7/25/2017 applies. To be considered, offerors must possess and maintain a valid Dun & Bradstreet number and have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) at the time of contract award. Lack of an active registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Responses are due to the National Park Service, Midwest Regional Office Major Acquisition Buying Office on or before 10:00 AM Central Time, 25 August 2017. Late offers may not be considered.
