- Parts List 11 Aug This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4686-17-R-0050 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 315990. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 500 employees. Please reference the attached Parts List and Combo documents for specific information about this award. All items listed on the parts list will need to be received at Beale AFB by 8 September. Offers are due to the Contracting Officer by 15 august at 1200 p.m. PST, as outlined in the attached RFQ. Offers may be submitted by mail, e-mail, or facsimile.
