- Statement of Work FEMA Region III has a requirement for the repositioning of the telephone/data lines in our regional office, which is located at: One Independence Mall 615 Chestnut St. 6th and 7th Floors Philadelphia, PA 19106 Please see the attached Statement of Work for all details, including dates the work will be needed. If a site visit is necessary to provide a quote, please reach out to the POCs indicated in the attached Statement of Work to schedule. No travel expenses will be authorized for this contract. **THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED** Site visits must be COMPLETED by Thursday, August 17, 2017. All other questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer @ Valerie.panacio@fema.dhs.gov by TUESDAY August 15, 2017. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at Valerie.panacio@fema.dhs.gov by the close date, August 18, 2017.
