- Product Description The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal intends to issue an award to Spirent Federal Systems Inc. on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," for Spirent SimSUPPORT Maintenance Renewal License. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Spirent Federal Systems Inc. any parties that feel they can meet this requirement should contact Le Roy Stokes via email at leroy.j.stokes.civ@mail.mil No later than 14 August 2017 at 5:00 PM (CST).
