- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's intent to award a Call Order of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to New Tech Solutions of Freemont, California, via single-source procedures. The FAA ™s Information and Technology Services (AIT) Program Office has a requirement for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Custom Support. As per Microsoft, New Tech Solutions is the only source to obtain the support. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. If your firm does not agree with this single source determination, please provide evidence of your firm ™s capabilities and experience as well as Microsoft's Authorization Letter to provide the support. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement. All responses to this requirement must be directed to Harry Lutz at harry.lutz@faa.gov no later than 3:00pm local time, August 15, 2017.
