- The Army Contacting Command-Redstone Arsenal intends to issue an award to Conventorware Inc. on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, " for the Support and Maintenance for the Coventorware Version 10 with Extended Analysis Suite and one year support and maintenance for MEMS+ for Matlab software suite. This announcement constitutes the only soloicitation; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Covenorware Inc.
