- *This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the solicitation.* This Request for Proposal (RFP) is made using the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36. The National Park Service, Northeast Region (NER), New England Major Acquisition Buying Office (NE-MABO), contemplates making an award to the responsible offeror whose offer is responsive to the terms of the request for offer and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price related factors included in the RFP. This RFP is set-aside for 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (size standard $36.5 million). The subject Solicitation P17PS02499 consists of the following construction services to be performed at the Old Orchard Museum, Sagamore Hill National Historic Site, Oyster Bay, NY The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation services and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work includes, but is not limited to: 1.Demolition: Removal and disposal 2.Repair historic plaster 3.Replace existing wall tile and install new tile 4.Repair walls and ceilings to accommodate replacement of HVAC system 5.Install new carpet and flooring 6.Painting: Prepare Surface, Prime and Paint 7.Upgrade electrical utilities 8.Upgrade plumbing 9.Install new ductless air conditioning units Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contract Officer, Questions should be submitted no later than five business days prior to the due date.
