- SOLICITATION WITH STATEMENT OF WORK. INCLUDES PREFERED LOCATIONS FOR PROPERTIES The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NMFS, Pacific Hydrographic Branch, Seattle, Washington, has a requirement for Meeting Space and Sleeping rooms for the period January 21, 2018 - January 27, 2018 OR from January 28, 2018 - February 3, 2018. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. Preference shall be given to properties within a 1-mile radius of downtown Seattle (Westlake Square at Westlake Avenue, Seattle, WA will be used as the center of radius) and University District, Seattle, WA (within 1 mile of 4333 Brooklyn Avenue NE, Seattle, WA). This RFQ is being solicited as a full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, with a business size standard of $32.5 million. The Product Service Code Class is X1AB. All vendors submitting a quote shall be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 04:00 P.M. Eastern on August 21, 2017; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to linda.mullen@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to linda.mullen@noaa.gov by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on August 17, 2017. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about August 31, 2017. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within FedBizOpps where this synopsis/solicitation is posted). Offerors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
