- Description
- An oral request for quotations will be solicited for the following item as a total small business set aside: Pole Tent 8340-00-759-6574 quantity of: 1200 Delivery destination is DDJC, San Joaquinn, CA. Submittal of a First Article is required 60 days after date of award. The solicitation will be total small business set aside. The RFQ document can be obtained by contacting Phillip Reuwer by email at Phillip.Reuwer@DLA.MIL This document will be available until. Oral quotations will be requested at the same time of this announcement. The closing date for oral solicitations is 08-21-2017. Delivery is 120 days. Submittal of first article is required 60 day after date of award. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as "The Berry Amendment") impose restrictions on the DoD's acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012), including the materials and components thereof (other than sensors, electronics, or other items added to, and not normally associated with clothing), must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
