- COLORADO RADIO BUILDING REPAIR 2017 SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The Bureau of Land Management intends to issue an award to an 8(a) company named Key General Contractors, Inc. 1520 N. Union Blvd STE 202, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. The Project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to remove trapped water from building structure, remove and replace damaged insulation and weatherproof existing prefabricated radio communications shelters. Locations identified are: Douglas Pass Radio Building, Independence Radio Building, Jumbo Radio Building, and Zapata Radio Building. NAICS code is 236220 with size standard of $36.5 Mil.
