- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue solicitation W912QR17T0068 for Guardrail Replacement at Nolin River Lake. Please see solicitation W912QR17T0068 for full details. One award will be made from this Solicitation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 237310 ($36.5M Size Standard).
