- Modification 1 : The purpose of this project is to propose Information Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture for Smart Grid for EVNCPC. EVNCPC will review the Contractor's final reports and prepare its own plan which may be performed in different stages and include different projects. Therefore, if an Offeror participates in this study, the Offeror will not be precluded from supplying their products to EVNCPC.
